Reagan worked on a crisis communication team to develop a crisis plan for Ganaway Contracting stakeholders, employees and clients. She conducted all communication with the business, collaborated on the overall crisis strategy, created the media templates and edited the final written document for the client. Along with identifying key publics, establishing key messages for the brand, and delivering templates for media communications, the document provides clarity for the implementation of the crisis plan and potential prodromes and liabilities that should be considered.
Reagan worked on a media planning team to create a media planbook for the brand, Altoids. She was responsible for contributing to the research, math, and written works of the planbook. Included in the document are: a situational analysis, a competitive advertising expenditure analysis, marketing and advertising objectives, media strategies reflecting the brand’s desired media mix, and a schedule for the implementation of media planning and buying.
Reagan worked with a team to create a campaign book to pitch to her chosen client, Cafe Central, a nonprofit soup kitchen located in Milledgeville, GA. Throughout the creation of the campaign book, Reagan acted as the account manager and was responsible for all communication between her team and their client. Reagan scheduled her team’s meetings and collaboratively worked to establish methods and tactics for marketing and outreach. Reagan and her team also produced deliverable content to the client such as brochures and flyers for the organizations target audiences.
Reagan wrote several creative pieces and organized them into a Creative Writing Portfolio. The portfolio consists mostly of various poems that display several different structure and writing styles. Not only does the portfolio serve as insight to Reagan’s writing abilities, but also her passion for creative forms of communication.
Reagan worked with a crisis communication team to conduct a case study surrounding the company Fairlife, and its previous brand crisis in regard to animal abuse. Throughout this case study, Reagan contributed to the qualitative and quantitative research, written analysis, and strategy application. Following the written report, Reagan and her team had to present their general findings to peers.
Reagan wrote a press release for the Metropolitan College of Atlanta following their hiring of a new basketball coach. All research, layout, and written content was done independently by Reagan.
Reagan was a content contributor to the published magazine, LYNX. Reagan interviewed sources for articles and background information, designed page layouts using InDesign, and produced multi-digital magazine feature articles. You can find her specific content on pages 30, 31, 58, and 59.
Reagan created a collection of written brand content for the client Vitality Bowls located in Alpharetta, GA. These include the brands key message statements and proof points, a news release for an upcoming PR campaign, various social media posts and captions, radio advertisement script and additional elements.
Reagan wrote a news release for the Alpharetta Roswell Herald covering an upcoming social media PR campaign for the local business Vitality Bowls.
Reagan conducted research surrounding the legal and ethical applications of free speech zones and created a written analysis of her findings in essay format. The essay speaks not only to Reagan’s ability to conduct in-depth research, but also her ability to apply the law and ethics of case studies to mass media.
